SECTION 2 - REGIONAL SERVICE CONDITIONS

2.1 We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities for high-demand markets (e.g., China)
  • Restrict shipments to specific ASEAN provinces
  • Verify identity for orders over HK$5,000

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT DETAILS AND LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

3.1 Product Origin and Authenticity:

  • The products sold on this website are produced in Europe, with most of the production taking place in France.
  • All products are legally imported into Hong Kong and are guaranteed to be authentic and genuine.

3.2 Customer Reporting:

  • If a customer has any doubt about the authenticity of a product, they are encouraged to report the product to us for investigation.

3.3 Expiry Date Policy:

  • The expiry date of each product is as it was at the time of purchase.
  • Customers are not eligible for a refund unless the product’s expiry date is within 1 month from the delivery date.
