ClairSkincare Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Singapore and Malaysia. For orders outside these regions, please contact us at support@clairskincare.com for assistance.
2. Free Shipping Threshold
- Hong Kong: Free shipping on orders over HK$400.
- Local orders (Hong Kong) below this threshold and all orders from overseas will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination, address and package weight.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM HKT will be processed the next business day.
4. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Hong Kong/Macau: Delivered via local courier partners (e.g., SF Express, Lalamove, Kerry Logistics).
- International: Shipped via reliable international carriers (e.g., EMS, DHL, FedEx, Quantum Solutions).
- Tracking numbers (if any) will be provided via email once orders are dispatched.
- Customers will need to download the respective Apps to get notifications of shipping from the various carriers.
- We kindly request all the buyers to double check the provided shipping address. We may also contact you to reconfirm shipping address before dispatching your order. Please kindly reply promptly in order to get your order shipped on time.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
- Hong Kong: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Macau/China: 3–5 business days.

Other Asian Countries: 5–10 business days.
Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues, which are beyond our control.
6. Packaging
All products are securely sealed and packed to prevent damage during transit. Customers must not accept parcels with broken seals or visible tampering. If your order arrives compromised, contact us immediately at support@clairskincare.com with photos of the package.
7. Import Taxes & Duties
- Hong Kong/Macau: No additional import taxes.
- Other Destinations: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. ClairSkincare Limited is not liable for these charges.
8. Order Tracking
Track your order via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or through our website’s order status page.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Some remote areas may require extended delivery times or additional fees. If your location is undeliverable, we will notify you promptly for a refund or alternative arrangement.
ADDRESS CORRECTION
Optional handling surcharge will apply if en-route address change is allowed, depending on the timing.
Fee: US$15 per package
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Report lost packages if tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received them within 7 business days.
- For damaged items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
11. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes will be reflected on our website.
